11 Children's Privacy

The tmtvip Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. tmtvip does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If tmtvip becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the payment source, and the personal data will be securely deleted.
